Full course description
In the first part of a healthy person’s life, there is the expectation that one is continuously improving. We are much like a rose that becomes more beautiful and fragrant as it blooms. At some point, like the rose, we turn a corner. Ever so slightly we begin to weaken and wither, yet life is not over. Though we may not have the physical strength we once knew, we now possess the potential for a wisdom and sophistication that was unthinkable for most of us during our earlier years. In this course we’ll explore the challenges and riches that await us in the last third of life. Each of us will be encouraged to discover and construct a spirituality that appreciates and cherishes this later stage in human living.
